Flexibility foundations (10min)
Improving flexibility helps reduce stiffness, support better posture, and improve movement quality. Join Ruby and Tyler for this practical session where we focus on exercises to enhance mobility and improve movement foundations.
Functional movement screening (20 min)
Functional movement screening (FMS) assesses four key movement patterns to understand how your body moves in everyday life and identify areas for improvement. Book your spot.
Our InBody machine provides a non-invasive window into your physical health. In just a few minutes, it can provide accurate data on things like muscle mass, visceral fat mass and total fat mass. Book now!
Lunchtime fitness sessions in CBS (Sydney) (30min)
