Everyone should have access to resources that enable them to live a healthy lifestyle. Ruby Alexander
MSc Nutrition & Dietetics, BSc Exercise and Sport Science and Pilates Instructor
One of my favourite phrases is “Everything in moderation, including moderation”.
I promote a very balanced approach toward diet, exercise, and lifestyle. We live in a world where we’re constantly bombarded with what we should and shouldn’t be eating, and how to be ‘healthy’ has simply gotten too complicated and confusing! Health is not a black-and-white, one-size fits all approach. We are all so unique and need to listen to our bodies and cater to them, not against. My goal is to inspire, educate and help others find what healthy looks like for them! By providing you with evidence-based education and support around achievable goal setting, we can build sustainable health habits together.
I have a special interest in:
- General nutrition to improve health and wellbeing
- Improving relationships with food and exercise
- Pilates and running

I have a special interest in:

Tyler Schreurs
Exercise Scientist
Most of the time you’ll find me upside down or climbing a wall. Calisthenics and bouldering keep me training for the simple fact that they’re fun and they’re oh so humbling.
Exercise is a whole lot more than the aesthetics that draw people in. Exercise should make you capable, healthy and it should be enjoyable! Choose training which you enjoy and suddenly it’s not a chore and you’ll be much more consistent.
I have a special interest in:
- Injury prevention and rehabilitation
- Bodyweight strength and control
- Posture and mobility
